TOUCH

To touch is to connect, to communicate.  This touch: a transfer of energy, an irreversible plunge into time and space.  Vision warping and mind consuming, the tips of my fingers feel the rhythm of the ocean and the pulse of the cosmos.  Sensation, memory, perception: all become tangible in the unfolding of time and space.
